Somerton is a beautiful rural town located in the heart of Somerset, it is full of history and beauty, which this website can only begin to give you a small insight.

  • 21st February – New member for Somerton Business and Trade Association – Bookkeeping & Business Support.
  • 17th February – Four new walks have been added to the Walks Around Somerton “From the Bus Stop Walks” page. Walk 3 Wrantage (Canal Inn), Walk 8 Pitney, Walk 9 Somerton (Gassons Lane), Walk 10 Ilchester (Limington Turn)
  • 8th February – Route 10 of the Short Walks in the Walks Around Somerton Section has been updated.
  • 31st January – Two new walks have been added to the Walks Around Somerton “From the Bus Stop Walks” page. Walk 4 Fivehead and Walk 5 Curry Rivel.
  • 27th January –  Wessex Country Market. Like any other business, we are unable to open at the moment in accordance with government guidelines. We would like to reassure all our customers, when we have the all clear, the market will be up and running as usual.
  • 18th January – New page has been added for Bus Times which are changing with effect from 18 January
