Age UK Somerset in partnership with Active Somerset and South Somerset District Council EXTEND Movement to Music class especially for the more mature adult. The classes are fun and designed especially for active older adults, those new to regular physical activity and people who may have physical disabilities. Sessions cost just £3.50, everyone is welcome so please do come and join us. Age UK Somerset are partners in a national project funded by the Big Lottery Fund called ‘fit as a fiddle’ aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles to older adults.
