DESCRIPTION:Join the Community Solution Seekers! \nThis is a welcoming space where local people and organisations serving the community come together to explore ways to improve health and well-being in their communities. You don’t need to be an expert – just bring an open mind\, a willingness to listen\, and a desire to share ideas when you’re ready. \nIf you’ve missed previous sessions\, no worries — you can still come along and join in! \nTogether\, we can turn ideas into action and make a meaningful impact! \nWho should get involved? \nWe warmly invite anyone interested in making a difference\, whether you’re an active community member or a professional.
