This is an evidence based exercise programme designed to help reduce falls and improve balance and mobility in older adults. It is delivered by an accredited instructor and will help you to maintain your independence and your ability to carry out day to day activities. The exercises are performed standing and seated and are designed to be progressive, so you will steadily improve as the weeks go by. The class is sponsored by AgeUk and is only £4.00 per class.
