Festival Dinner Dance

Saturday 24th October 2009

The annual Dinner Dance this year will be held at The Long Sutton Golf Club on Saturday 24th October. The evening will commence with a 3-course meal with coffee (vegetarians catered for). After the meal, we will be entertained with live music from the local 6 piece band Tracks, who are the support band for Mike Pender’s Searchers appearing on Saturday 11th in the Festival. They will keep you on the dance floor for the rest of the evening.

 

 

Tickets will cost £25.00, which includes transport to and from Somerton and The Long Sutton Golf Club. Return transport to Somerton will probably have some community singing!!!  If you have not been to one of the Festival’s dinner dances before, why not get together with a group of friends for a really enjoyable evening. There will be no long speeches - it is an informal event, but we ask that the gentlemen wear a tie and jacket.

There will be a raffle on the night. Any donations of prizes will be gratefully accepted. All profits from this event will be put towards the 2010 Festival.
