Somerton Business & Trade Association are organising a Snowman Hunt for 5 to 16 year olds.
38 beautiful lit up Snowmen will be in the shop windows of the members of the Association at the beginning of December.
Each snowman will have a number and all the youngsters have to do is to find the snowman and fill in their entry forms.
Two lucky winners will be drawn just before Christmas and they will receive an identical snowman to keep.
The idea has been launched following the success for the first time last year of the Reindeer Hunt.
Hopefully this will attract more people to shop in the lovely town of Somerton over the Christmas period.
The local headmaster, Mr David Norton, has been very enthusiastic about the hunt and the local children will be able to get forms form their school.
Entry forms will also be available from Stationery House Somerton.
