TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL COUNCIL COMMITTEE 'LSMI':

The LSMI Committee has the following areas of competence and responsibility:

1. To carry out the administrative duties required by the Trust Deed for the Memorial Hall, in conjunction with the Secretary who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hall and the Caretaker.

2. To establish a written, annual Committee budget, in the autumn of each year, for approval by the Town Council, to enable the approved improvement works to be implemented in an orderly manner.
