DESCRIPTION:Making drawing easy!\nEven if you are a complete beginner this workshop is for you to enjoy being creative literally from scratch! As summer is just beginning Mandy will encourage you to make the most of the loveliest time of the year and motivate you to get outdoors with a pencil and a sketchbook. You will explore making marks on paper with simple materials\, you can bring your own selection of pencils pens and biros\, and cartridge paper. Provided will be a variety of alternative surfaces to experiment on\, interesting papers found in the recycling\, maybe even the back of an envelope? In addition to this you will be making one polished piece on card (provided) using a drawing technique called sgraffito. The inspiration will be gardens and landscapes\, so if you have a photo you would like to work from please bring it\, or choose from Mandy’s selection. \nThere is a maximum capacity of 10 people for this workshop. \nTickets £5.00.
