DESCRIPTION:Could You Help a Local Child? \nRight now\, there is a real need for foster homes in Somerset\, so children in care can stay close to their schools\, friends\, and communities. By fostering\, you can make a life-changing difference to a child in your area\, offering them stability\, care\, and a sense of belonging. You’ll need to be aged 21 or over with a spare room in their home\, but there is no upper age limit – wisdom is a bonus. No experience is needed as foster carers receive full training and ongoing support\, including weekly payments to support them financially.
