Martin Clunes plays Mick, a grieving widower who runs a traditional, struggling rural pub called the Drovers Arms.

After losing their family matriarch and facing severe financial trouble and repossession threats, the family’s lives change when his prodigal musician son (played by Jonno Davies) returns home.

To save the pub and unite their divided village, they start brewing their own real ale and enter the Great British Beer Awards.
