Ukelele Band at Wessex. Part of the Somerton Music and Arts Festival

The Somerton Ukulele Band and Singers will be playing all the old favourites for the residents of Wessex House.
The group was formed six years ago by Sue Parry as part of the u3a initiative, and from small beginnings, it has expanded to 30 members who enjoy playing at residential and nursing homes, memory and friendship clubs and other organisations. This has enabled them, through donations, to raise a considerable sum for The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, this year’s Somerton Music & Arts Festival partner charity.
