Truffle Making Class. Part of the Somerton Music and Arts Festival

Nettie, Somerton’s very own chocolate maker and chocolatier, will teach you about how to taste chocolate, talk about the craft chocolate movement and how chocolate is made before guiding you through the truffle making process. You will not be disappointed by this workshop and by the end of it will have your own homemade truffles to take home, enjoy and impress your friends and family.
